The Women’s Resource Centre is delivering a training session on how the Equality Act 2010 can be used to challenge discrimination, with a particular focus on women’s rights.
The course provides an overview of the provisions and the history of the Equality Act 2010 as well as case study examples to see how the law can be applied practically.
It will be delivered by Estelle Du Boulay, Director at Rights of Women, who has been involved in equalities and rights focused work for over 20 years, specialising in challenging gender and race discrimination.
The training course is offered free of charge to women’s organisations or projects based in London working with those affected by sexual and domestic violence.
