Join the Runnymede Trust and gal-dem as they tackle intersectional suffrage and explore the untold story of the Suffragette movement in Britain.
On the centenary of 1918 Representation of the People Act and in the ‘birthplace’ of the Women’ Suffrage movement in Britain, the Runnymede Trust and gal-dem will discuss who has been left out of the conversation on women’s rights.
They will also look at what campaigners and policymakers are doing to push for equality now in Manchester.
