Ministerial statement on age discrimination posted: 20 November 08
On 11 November 2008, Phil Hope, Minister of State at the Department of Health, announced the establishment of an advisory group on age discrimination in health and social care. The group’s work is expected to take 18 months to complete.

Olympic and Paralympic ‘Legacy Now’ website posted: 20 November 08
 The London Development Agency is leading the partnership planning the legacy of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, including training programmes, business support initiatives, access to jobs and planning for the post-Games physical transformation of the Olympic Park.
