EHRC guidance: ‘Religion or belief in the workplace’

Following the European Court of Human Rights’ judgments in Eweida & others, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published guidance entitled, ‘Religion or belief in the workplace: A guide for employers following recent European Court of Human Rights judgments’.

It contains sample requests for religious accommodation that employees might make and guidance on how employers should deal with them.
