The closing date for submissions to the JCHR Inquiry into the implications for access to justice of proposed judicial review reforms was 27 November 2013. EDF responded to the Inquiry’s call for evidence.

In April 2011, the Equality and Diversity Forum submitted a response to the Government consultation ‘Equality Act 2010. The public sector Equality Duty: reducing bureaucracy’.
On 17 March 2011, Ministers made an announcement to Parliament about the new Equality Duty.
A public consultation on the Equality Act 2010 specific duties took place in Autumn 2010, and in January 2011 the Government published a summary of responses including the Government’s response.
