Civil Service Talent Action Plan 2016
In March 2016, the Government published Talent Action Plan for 2016, Removing the barriers to success.
The Talent Action Plan was published in 2014 to tackle inequalities within the Civil Service. this document is an assessment of progress to date and priorities for the year ahead. This update also sets out ‘Our Social Mobility Plan’, responding to the challenges identified in the Bridge Group report published February 2016.
